Denpasar, Bali – Rizki Satrio Wicaksana (23022200020), an undergraduate student of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (MPI 7) at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Denpasar Bali, participated in the Integrated Teaching Practicum and Community Service Program (PPL and KKN Integratif) at the Islamic Education Division (Pendis) of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bali Province. Supervised by Dr. Sudarsono, S.Kom.I., M.Pd.I., the program provided an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional institutional environment while developing administrative and organizational competencies.

During the Teaching Practicum (PPL), the student was involved in various educational administration activities supporting institutional operations. These responsibilities included preparing official travel documents (Surat Perjalanan Dinas) and assignment letters (Surat Tugas), assisting with madrasah data entry and management, and preparing documentation reports based on madrasah survey activities. Through these tasks, the student gained practical exposure to administrative procedures, institutional data management, and the importance of accurate documentation in educational administration.

In addition to professional administrative experience, the Community Service Program (KKN) provided opportunities to participate in activities that promoted social responsibility and institutional cooperation. The student contributed to cleaning and maintaining the musholla within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bali Province, participated as a committee member in activities organized by the Islamic Education Division, and took part in community cooperation activities (gotong royong).

These activities reflected the integration of educational management competencies with practical institutional engagement and community participation. The administrative assignments introduced the student to workplace procedures and organizational responsibilities, while the KKN activities encouraged teamwork, cooperation, and awareness of shared responsibilities in maintaining a supportive institutional environment.

For STAI Denpasar Bali, the Integrated PPL and KKN program serves as an important component of experiential learning, enabling students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical responsibilities in professional settings. Through institutional collaboration and direct involvement in administrative and community activities, Islamic Education Management students are encouraged to strengthen their professional discipline, organizational capabilities, administrative skills, and social awareness as part of their preparation for future careers in educational management.
